Unwine & Dance is not your average dance class — it’s a movement-infused experience. A chance to slow down, soften, and reconnect to your body through flow, rhythm, and joy… with a glass of wine (or a mocktail). So French!

Set in a warm, intimate space, this 2-hour event blends fascia-focused movement, expressive dance, and soulful music — all guided in French and English. Expect floorwork, breath, waves, and moments of release… followed by mingling, wine, and laughter.

Whether you’re coming solo or with a friend, Unwine & Dance is your permission slip to exhale, move beautifully, and feel fully alive.

🌹 No dance experience required. Just bring socks, a curious heart, and your favorite lipstick (optional).
