About me, chacha.

I was born into dance.
My mother is a dance teacher and studio owner in France, and to this day, she still teaches with passion and grace.

I grew up in that world: the music, the mirrors, the barre, the feeling of home inside a studio. It was never just a hobby, it was a way of life.

After graduating from dance school, I began teaching in the Côte d’Azur, from Cannes to Monaco, and eventually Paris. But in 2010, I took a leap — a round trip to New York City with nothing but a 90-day tourist visa and a heart full of dreams.

I came to dance… and I stayed for love!

Now, I’m a proud Harlem resident for almost 15 years. I’ve built my family here. I’m raising two beautiful, brilliant, mixed kids in this vibrant neighborhood. The people, the energy, the food, the rhythm, there’s truly nowhere like it.

Over the years, I’ve danced, taught, and reinvented myself — especially after injury and motherhood. I no longer dance like I did onstage, but I move with more depth, purpose, and presence than ever. That’s why I created La Vibe, a space where movement is ritual, healing, joy, and connection. A place where softness is strength. A home for every kind of body.

My classes are a reflection of my story: French soul, NYC fire, poetic structure, and deep emotion. I hope you’ll come feel the vibe with me.
